In 2001 Rob began his career with Redwitz, Inc. working primarily on
compilation, review and audit engagements. In 2006, as the firm realized
an increasing demand for outsourced bookkeeping and CFO services, Rob
took the lead in formalizing these services and developing this new
department within the firm. Over the next decade, Redwitz, Inc.’s CFO
services department has grown substantially and now services dozens of
clients locally, out of state and internationally.

Rob has a great deal of experience managing all of the financial aspects of
both for-profit businesses and non-profit organizations. Over his many
years working in the CFO services department, he has accrued extensive
firsthand experience with the transition of clients to the outsourced services environment, establishing
best practices and workflow procedures to accommodate each client’s specific needs and maintaining
long-term services and client relations.

In 2004 Rob earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in accounting from Concordia
University, Irvine.

Community Involvement
Rob has a passion for working with and assisting non-profit organizations. He has developed strong ties
with a number of Redwitz Inc.’s non-profit clients and enjoys attending and participating in their various
community and fundraising activities.

In 2014 Rob was elected to the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley. For
two years Rob served as the organization’s Vice President of Financial Development/Treasurer. In July
2016 Rob was elected to serve as Board President and completed at two-year term in that position.
