Craig is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California. Directly involved in the creative tax planning and compliance services for a wide variety of companies including real estate developers, medical practices, manufacturing corporations, publishing concerns, and personal service companies. Specialization includes advance planning strategies for use in multiple entity tax structures including S corporations, C corporations, and limited partnerships. Currently involved in taxing authorities representation encompassing tax controversy workouts, Offers in Compromise, and Internal Revenue Service private letter rulings.

Education

Craig is a graduate of California State University at Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and has a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. His accomplishments include published work in “The Journal of Taxation” and acknowledgement as an expert in like-kind exchanges. He has participated in specialized classes in practice management, healthcare industry conferences, corporate reorganizations, business formations, and advanced partnership taxation.
